In January 2020, Albasha Greek Lebanese Café came to Cerberus in need of a complete brand overhaul for its Metairie location. Immediately, our team adjusted the restaurant’s online Google properties, optimizing its online presence and correcting major flaws in the company’s SEO. After a series of photoshoots, covering both the restaurant’s interior and diverse menu options, our team began working to launch a new, dynamic website for phone, desktop, and tablet use. At the same time, we started managing the location’s social media. During the COVID-19 shutdown that shuttered many local restaurants, Cerberus ramped up social media and embarked on a new digital advertising campaign and incentive-driven initiatives to help drive business.
Mid South Coatings
MidSouth Coatings needed a complete rebrand and digital brand alignment. Cerberus began by completely reconfiguring the company’s digital ad campaign to lower the cost per interaction and drastically improving performance. Employing our citation management software, we improved organic search by correcting inconsistencies in the company’s online listings. After conducting a thorough competitive set analysis and brand audit, Cerberus created a new brand mark and aligning positioning, designed vehicle signage, email signatures, a digital display ad campaign, and launched a new company website. In addition, we completely reconfigured their Facebook page and administered a very successful social media campaign.
Vintage Title
Vintage Title needed a complete brand overhaul. Starting with a new brand mark, Cerberus launched a dynamic website and better managed the company’s online digital footprint to help improve SEO. Our team aligned the branding of the company’s social media channels and helped to provide interior design recommendations and exterior signage for the company’s new Uptown location. This was just the breath of fresh air this local company needed after 21 years in business.
Recruit Staff Hire
Recruit Staff Hire came to Cerberus to help launch their new staffing company. Our team began by developing a bold brand mark and fresh positioning. On an abbreviated timeline, Cerberus launched the company’s stylish new website and email marketing campaign. Other projects included trade show materials, animated email signatures, dynamic business cards, and exterior building signage. Three months later, the company looks like a proven industry leader; and nothing like a 90-day-old startup.
Abita
Teaming with director Michael Campbell of SoupFactory Digital in New Orleans, Cerberus created this speculative campaign inspired by Abita Amber. Eight :15 videos celebrate the city of New Orleans from a local’s perspective, coloring Abita Amber as synonymous with the city itself. The original positioning line, New Orleans, Drink It In. invites the world to smile with us as we call to mind the little things that make our city such a unique place to call home. From its neighborhood bars, late-night cheese fries, go-cups, and debris po-boys to the Lakefront seawall and even our crumbling water pipes, there’s no city like New Orleans. And no better local beer to toast it all than Abita Amber.
Pop d'Art
Cerberus launched the Pop D’Art brand and its first product, New Orleans’ Original Shotgun Gingerbread House in Q4 of 2019. Our team designed brand marks for the two start-up entities, along with beautifully crafted packaging and digital properties that included the establishment of a social media presence, landing page, as well as an SEO-optimized, fully-dynamic website.
Big Easy Notary
Since first partnering with Cerberus on a modest pay-per-click search campaign, Big Easy Notary has continued to enjoy steady growth. With the new brand mark, environmental graphics design, and social media channel rebranding now complete, Cerberus will turn to helping the Northshore notarial company launch a new branded website and aligning digital ad campaign in 2020.
Standard Glass
For over 100 years Standard Glass set the standard for glass and mirror work across the greater New Orleans region, but the core branding elements were in need of a refresh. Cerberus was excited to get the call to help a new generation of local leadership rebrand the company. After a thorough research component helped to provide a clear picture of the competitive landscape, Cerberus began developing a new brand mark, identity package, print advertising campaign, and dynamic, search engine-optimized website launched in Q2 of 2019.
High Caliber Guns
High Caliber in Long Beach, MS is one of the region’s most knowledgeable firearms resellers. With plans to open a shooting range by 2020, the company turned to Cerberus to advise them on a complete, systemic rebranding effort. Rebranded as High Caliber Guns in Q1 of 2019, the pawn and gun store worked with Cerberus to introduce a new brand mark / collateral, inventory access website, print / billboard advertising campaign, and a complete line of High Caliber merchandise for sale on-premises.
Hoop Dat Ball
Just in time for the 2018 NBA Playoffs, Cerberus helped to launch the New Orleans based sports apparel brand, Hoop Dat Ball. Under strict budgetary and time constrains, our agency’s initial efforts for the fledgling company included the development of a completely original brand mark, four t-shirt designs, sales sheets, an e-commerce website, and print/digital advertising campaign.
Big Fat Belly Good
Working with Lupo’s Spice Company, Cerberus created the Big Fat Belly Good Cajun Seasoning brand from scratch. Beginning with market research that included a competitive set analysis, our team named the new Cajun seasoning line and recommended the launch of a ‘Hot’ variation to accompany the ‘Original’ flavor. In addition to creating the brand mark and packaging designs, Cerberus also launched a new branded e-commerce website, delivery vehicle designs, and an outdoor ad campaign to drive local grocery purchases.
Pearl's Seafood Market & Restauraunt
In the spring of 2018, Cerberus launched a completely new brand for Pearl’s Seafood Market and Restaurant in Slidell. Working with artist Tim DiVincenti, our team helped to refine the brand mark and finalize brand standards. The branding effort also included a dynamic SEO-optimized website and online citation management program.
LCI - Put Us to Work
LCI’s Put Us To Work For You Campaign continues to pay dividends for the Louisiana insurer. In year two of the campaign, revenue was up a staggering 54%. The number of agents writing policies ballooned 23%. In 2014, the number of policies surged another 33%. The campaign has been recognized for creative excellence in the 2014 and 2015 American Advertising Federation competition in New Orleans.
Super Bowl Host Committee
The Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation commissioned Cerberus to design and develop the city’s bid to host Super Bowl XLVII. Embodying the true spirit of New Orleans resiliency, the successful NFL proposal was contained in a box constructed of Louisiana cypress and dressed with salvaged metals from ships destroyed by Hurricane Katrina. The winning bid helped the city realize an estimated $400 million economic impact.
Young's Dry Cleaning
Following Hurricane Katrina, Cerberus introduced a new branding campaign to promote Young’s pick-up and delivery service. Three years later, business increased 243%. In-store sales increased 11%, and overall sales were up 25%. Creative efforts for the local company earned the agency national recognition winning a silver award in the American Advertising Federation’s 2012 competition held in New York.
Fest Cola
Design and advertising solutions for Fest Cola have appeared in the Leurzer’s Archive publication, Top 200 Packaging Designers of 2014 as well as Advertising Age’s Creativity, among others. Fest’s original brand mark, packaging solutions, environmental designs, as well as its print and broadcast advertising campaigns were also heavily awarded in the 2014 American Advertising Federation competition in New Orleans.
Louisiana Pizza Kitchen
Cerberus developed a completely new brand mark for the French Quarter pizza restaurant that appeared in Logo Lounge Vol. 8. Other advertising and design efforts on behalf of the emerging brand included the development of store signage, a new website, branded apparel collection, and postcard series named “best-in-category” in the 2014 American Advertising Federation competition in New Orleans.
Orleans Coffee
Since working with Orleans Coffee, our team has introduced a new corporate mark and provided new packaging designs across their entire product line. We also developed and placed a print advertising campaign that has garnered attention from well-respected online sources, including The One Show Creative Showcase. Other efforts for the roaster have included vehicle designs and a website refresh.
Automotive Touch Up
Strategic development for Automotive Touch Up included creation of a brand identity (published in Logo Lounge Vol. 7), as well as a complete redesign of the product line. To showcase the freshly minted paint pens, bottles, aerosol canisters and other items, our creative team also designed an aligning retail website and placed an advertising campaign in national publications.

FCL Construction
FDL Construction turned to Cerberus to lay the foundation for a whole new brand . Construction on the new brand began with a new mark and identity package. Soon after, we developed direct mail, a company sales kit, and optimized website. These efforts were soon followed by a broadcast campaign recognized nationally by Best Ads On TV, Advertising Age’s Creativity-Online, and Adland.tv.
Ochsner
As the largest healthcare network in the region, Ochsner consistently ranks among the best in the nation. Partnering with the stellar health system, Cerberus was tasked with the design and production of the 2012 system-wide Annual Report. Our team is extremely for the opportunity, and especially proud of our efforts, to help bring the important news of Ochsner’s groundbreaking medical procedures to the world.
LCI - Join The Party
Upon launching the Join The Party campaign in both print and online publications across the state, LCI broke a longstanding record by receiving more than 500 submissions in a single month—a mark that had stood for 8 years. In just the third month after the campaign’s launch, LCI closed deals from a record 143 separate Louisiana insurance agencies, again, the most ever in a single month. LCI directly attributes the gains to these marketing efforts.
LCI Heroes
LCI’s Heroes first appeared in agents’ publications across the state in 2016. The B2B campaign casts LCI agents as the heroes in a series of comic book artist illustrated vignettes. Derec Donovan, of Marvel and DC Comics acclaim, created ads across the genres of Martial Arts, Space Age, Western, and Horror comics for 2017. The series shows no sign of slowing, with agent approval ratings higher than any LCI agent-focused marketing effort to date.
Bayou Adventure
Cerberus helped to establish Bayou Adventure as Lacombe’s sole and definitive source for wildlife adventure supplies, baits, and rentals. To launch the enterprise, Cerberus developed a new brand mark, exterior site design, and an aligning website that was awarded for its creativity and design at the 2013 American Advertising Federation competition in New Orleans. Cerberus’ branded poster campaign for Bayou Adventure was featured in the quarterly publication Lürzer’s Archive, Issue 2/2018.
Black & Gold
Black and Gold Sports Shop has worked with Cerberus leadership for more than 15 years, but it wasn't until the 2020 Saints season that they engaged us to rebrand their social media outreach. Cerberus' social media team photographed products and crafted a completely unique visual style and brand voice that they implemented for the full season across animated and static posts alike. Responsible for customer engagement on the Facebook network, Cerberus helped Black and Gold spark interest and drive sales throughout a highly successful, though Covid-19 impaired, Saints season.
Choice Air
Working with the Louis Armstrong International Airport and Choice Aire, a public charter company headquartered in Miami, Cerberus was tasked with the creation of a multi-media advertising campaign to introduce direct flights from New Orleans to San Pedro Sula, Honduras. The highly successful effort included media planning / placement, TV and radio ad production, and a bilingual Google AdWords effort.
